Inspection & Cleaning (if needed) $189 per fireplace.

This is our basic service for existing homeowners. Not available to Realtors.

 

  • You get a complete safety inspection (Level II) with the written report.

 

  • If the chimney is dirty we will clean it at the time of inspection at no charge.

 

  • If it is not dirty we will not clean it, but the $189 inspection fee still applies.

 

It should also be noted that in some cases a chimney may be in such a bad state that cleaning it could do more harm than good, in which case, we would not put you at further risk by cleaning it. If such were to occur the $189 service call / safety inspection fee would still apply.
